this type of Mother-In-Law discourages any type of affection that you can provide
to her offspring. Heaven forbid that they begin to love you more than
HER!
The major
problem with this situation is that if you allow 'Mother' to put negative thoughts
into your head, it's going to reflect on your sex life. And guess what?
That's her exact intention!
Therefore,
do NOT discuss your sex life with Mother or with anyone outside your spouse
- marriage counselor and physician excluded, of course! It's something
that you'll regret in the long run.
Work out any problems together. And
if sexual problems aren't really related to sexual dysfunction, then it truly
is time to talk turkey with a marriage counselor or a doctor.
